The truck we bought was a very nice vehicle that they had on there lot! The salesman and manager were extremely nice and very very patient with my wife and I to look over the vehicle I was very happy wit on there lot! When we returned and agreed that this was the vehicle that we wanted to purchase, Johnathan was very professional in dealing with us. He offered several different maintenance options but was respectful when we declined. The price of the vehicle was consistent with what was advertised and everything went smoothly until there was a discrepancy with the trade in value of my vehicle. After it was determined that the difference in the trade-in value of my car was based on an error that I had made in reporting the trim on my vehicle, Johnathan met with his manager and they graciously agreed to split the difference in the value of the trade-in. I was grateful that they were willing to meet me halfway especially when the error was one that I had made. This was a very relaxing way to purchase a vehicle and I will definitely tell anyone who is looking for a great used vehicle to go and see Johnathan Kavanagh at Budget Car Sales in Harrisburg. Dealer had a great selection of like new low mileage vehicles. Had about 5 different of the model we were looking for. Ended up buying a different one then what we originally came to see because the vehicles. Had about 5 different of the model we were looking for. Ended up buying a different one then what we originally came to see because the salesman was listening to us during test drive and said “Did you know I have other ones of this model?” And asked if we wanted to see them. There was zero pressure from them. They even let us test drive without the salesman a second time so my wife and I could talk. They held the vehicle for 2 days so we could see about our bank financing, until our bank dragged their feet with loan approval and we decided to use the dealers financing. We ended up with a better rate then our bank and was driving away within an hour. Highly recommend this place. More
