The female service rep was Kendall. As I handed her my $19.95 coupon for an oil change on a Saturday her first response was “just so you know it won’t be $19.95” and it was rather aggre As I handed her my $19.95 coupon for an oil change on a Saturday her first response was “just so you know it won’t be $19.95” and it was rather aggressively delivered. Additionally, I was never texted or called to say that my car was ready for pick up. I came back 4 hours later just because I was on that side of town and as I approached Kendall to pick my car up before I could even say a word she said “I tried calling you and left a voicemail!” Which was not true at all. I checked my phone and had no missed calls. Seems like every time I come here the service is more aggressive and less pleasant. FYI the total for my $19.95 coupon was a little over $40 haha definitely false advertising. In the past my total with that same coupon was $27-$33 and now it’s $40+ with the additional “fees”. More

I went to the service at Ford by accident and they told me to go across the parking lot to the Kia dealer. The Kia dealer told me I needed to go to the Round tree Moore Chevrolet where I bought the Kia. Th me to go across the parking lot to the Kia dealer. The Kia dealer told me I needed to go to the Round tree Moore Chevrolet where I bought the Kia. The Kia dealer told me after waiting 3 hours that I needed to go to the Kia dealer to check diagnostics because they don't have the machinery. Service also would not fix my brakes or put on a missing fender well. I had just bought my Kia K-5 the week before. Never again. More
