Very pleased withe the service that we received from Findley Toyota. John Wong was very pleasant to work with and kept us informed as to the progress on our car. My cars are not museum pieces but I'm OCD about them. They are very thorough and explain everything. They always always use Toyota OEM parts ( I hate after market) and they treat my dog Sable like gold. They are very thorough and explain everything. They always always use Toyota OEM parts ( I hate after market) and they treat my dog Sable like gold. You also have a great customer base because they're nice to my dog, too. My only complaint is people who make appointments should take priority. I make appointments to get in and ou. I just moved here to Henderson and have nobody to pick me up. Those Uber people all have SUVs and my dog is too old to get in one. I waited 2 hours before my car was brought in the shop to be worked on and I was a half hour early before my appointment. But great job as always. More

John Wong, my service consultant, was excellent. However, the dealerships repair cost pricing was absolutely outrageous, as was the time to even examine the vehicle for the air conditioning repair However, the dealerships repair cost pricing was absolutely outrageous, as was the time to even examine the vehicle for the air conditioning repair ( 3.5 hours plus another 1.5 hours for the repair. The corolla needed a new cable that supposedly had been chewed through by rats. The dealership did not have the cable but repaired the wires for a cost of over $600, OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!! More

Had a 2pm appointment, was told on arrival there was a two hour wait, and since I’m waiting anyways I could get my alignment done in the same timeframe! I find it disconcerting that I had a scheduled appo two hour wait, and since I’m waiting anyways I could get my alignment done in the same timeframe! I find it disconcerting that I had a scheduled appointment yet still had to wait in the queue for my service to be done. I also find it disconcerting that adding an entirely different maintenance could still end up taking the same amount of time as my scheduled maintenance? I ended up waiting three hours for standard 5 month maintenance. I was also charged $60 for the service which should have been free considering I opted for Toyota care plus upon purchase. The guy was nice enough but general ineptitude and disrespect of my time will probably sour my trips to the dealership from here on out. Extremely disappointed. More
