I purchased my very first Mercedes-Benz from Bert Bowers and had such a great experience. Bert was so friendly, personable, and patient with my indecisiveness. Both Bert and the GM Neil worked really hard t and had such a great experience. Bert was so friendly, personable, and patient with my indecisiveness. Both Bert and the GM Neil worked really hard to make sure I was in the perfect car with all the bells and whistles I requested. John Womack finished up the transaction by walking me through how to work all the tech in my car and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely come back to Bert for my next lease! More

Best car buying experience ever! Alex was great.... answered all of my questions, educated me about what would be my first Mercedes....( I never thought I’d own a Mercedes!).... the whole transaction w answered all of my questions, educated me about what would be my first Mercedes....( I never thought I’d own a Mercedes!).... the whole transaction went smoothly. Everyone was very professional (but warm and inviting at the same time). We worked primarily with Alex, who was extremely patient with us while waiting for ou I am very impressed with the teamwork at Mercedes-Benz of Cary. We worked primarily with Alex, who was extremely patient with us while waiting for our car to be released from the port due to COVID delays, as well as very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable about the vehicle. On a few occasions, we had questions at a time that Alex was not immediately available and his colleagues stepped right in and answered our questions--especially John Womack! So not only is Alex Ward a fabulous representation of the company, but his colleagues also added to the seamless care we received. More

Class I have been given the best customer service I've had in ages. I can’t fathom going anywhere else to buy a car. I truly felt they wanted the best for m I have been given the best customer service I've had in ages. I can’t fathom going anywhere else to buy a car. I truly felt they wanted the best for me - not just out there to make a sale and not have your best interest in mind. Alex Ward was knowledgeable of the cars, enjoyable to work with and even followed up with me after the purchase. William Ball was so uplifting as well. The gentleman who buffed out scratches in my car was amazing too! This dealership is top notch and has a stellar team! More

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I won't ever use this shop again. The service department treated me unfairly because I left my LICENSED pistol in my car. I was refused a COMPLIMENTAR I won't ever use this shop again. The service department treated me unfairly because I left my LICENSED pistol in my car. I was refused a COMPLIMENTARY car wash after I spent nearly $200 on an oil change. Their explanation was that someone left their pistol in the car before that was stolen. Are you saying I am the ONLY person who has left a valuable in the car at a luxury dealership. They asked me to load my pistol in my book bag, which is completely UNSAFE. So they denied washing my car on the outside because I had a gun in the INSIDE of the car.....Never had this issue at Porsche, BMW, or any other luxury car lot. They also didn't put the sticker in the car indicating my next oil change, and left the service card in my windshield. I would recommend using the capitol blvd MERCEDEZ or Durham one, as they put the customer 1ST. More
