John has been in the auto industry for 17 years with 13 of those here at Court Street Ford. He is married with two kids, 2 dogs and a fish. Elizabeth is doing an outstanding job in a department that has been lacking for some time. I had the car in three times for the same problem. After the second repair my car was shaking over 60 mph they claimed I bent a rim and a knuckle! I don’t have a damaged tire or anything else but somehow they claimed this ! Pretty hard to bend a part and a rim like that without damaging a tire ! And on top of that they put a part kn that I had to pay for without my authorization! I will never be back there nor would I ever recommend them to anyone! More

Our vehicle blew an engine while we were traveling. We happened to be in Kankakee. Within 40 minutes, after a call to the Ford dealership, a technician had come to us to see if the truck could be jump We happened to be in Kankakee. Within 40 minutes, after a call to the Ford dealership, a technician had come to us to see if the truck could be jump started. She looked at a number of things to see if she could diagnose what was wrong. We had also called AAA and they sent a tow truck during these 40 minutes. In 40 minutes our truck was in a repair bay. The dealership was nothing short of amazing. The people kind and attentive. It took 2 days to get to the root cause because there was so much damage, The repair folks did a terrific job keeping us informed and the final report very detailed. We ended up needing to buy a new truck. The sales people were terrific and we were on our way, grateful for the care and concern and loved the new truck. More
