He is an above average salesman and seems to have a passion for people and cars rather than a passion for money. The finance experience started on a low with Tyler Neumeyer who underhandedly tried to incur many more expenses for me and take advantage of my inexperience with purchasing a vehicle from a dealer and then was very quick to become rude and defensive rather than making sure I was well informed and satisfied. Fortunately, his lack of customer service was corrected entirely by the finance director John Willey who made the experience exponentially better from the moment he took over the finance aspect. John shows understanding and desire to satisfy that is unlike many others in the times we are currently in, so for that I thank him. Between John and Blaine, you can expect an experience that leaves you satisfied and regret free. More
