I had a terrible time with these guys. They sold me a truck with crap parts on it, then played the back and forth game to try to get it fixed. Everything was great. I have GM loyalty money. I guess it doesn’t automatically apply. I didn’t see it in the bill. The bill also said there’s a 10% loyalty discount appli I have GM loyalty money.
