I now understand why this dealership has such a great reputation. I was warmly greeted by John Voight. He showed me the truck I was interested in and offered a test drive which I accepted. The truck drove as new and the price was fair so we sat down to work out the numbers. I accepted the deal and we completed some paperwork and I was escorted to Joe Mclemore's office to finalize the deal. At no time did John or Joe employ "hard-sell" techniques or twist my arm to buy add-ons. Both of these gentlemen were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. From the time I arrived until I walked out, well under 3 hours had passed, indluding a fairly lengthy test drive. I highly recommend Subaru of Jacksonville and both of the gentlemen I dealt with. More
