Made an appointment to have oil changed. They did this and washed my car which I appreciate. However, I had to wait 1 1/4 hours to have the work completed. I came to your location for the first time my car needed a service on a recall. I asked if I could also get an oil change! I was quoted an amount and I asked if they’re offering any discount. I mentioned that Russ Darrow Chevrolet gives me a $10 discount and if they would honor it, I was told no. I called your Franklin Jeep location and I was told yes they will honor it. Sadly I was disappointed and felt my business wasn’t desired at your dealership. More
