Prior to taking possession of the new vehicle, John meticulously educated me on the many features inside the cabin, within the MBUX system, in the cargo area, on the key fob, and everything in between. meticulously educated me on the many features inside the cabin, within the MBUX system, in the cargo area, on the key fob, and everything in between. Having this thorough training session (including every screen and setting in the MBUX system), coupled with ensuring the seats and mirrors were just right, allowed me to confidently drive out of the showroom without issue or question. Additionally, John walked me through configuring the iPhone app and connecting the vehicle to my profile. This portion of the new car process was a real joy and never experienced before with other automobile manufacturers. More
