I particularly enjoyed his calm, laid back demeanor which made the process of purchasing a car quite enjoyable. We also dealt with Fabian who was very helpful in John’s absence. The BMW genius, Shane, was amazing in explaining every technical aspect of the new 2025 BMW X3. Every step of purchasing a new vehicle at Gebhardt was stress free and delightful (kudos for the way they treated my dog by bringing him a water bowl and showering him with pets and praise) Overall, Gebhardt set the bar very high for other car dealerships.
