Acura by Executive was a good dealership for my purchase. Sarah Elliot was really great with her LONG term follow up on a purchase I was working on. She kept in touch over a year with a nice soft follow up. I appreciated it and keep me engaged with for the long cycle. I purchased the MDX from John Torre who I wanted to work with since he was a senior sales professional at Acura who was great, was very busy and required a little extra follow up. I did a single check on pricing versus another dealer and John went to bat for me right away and got me a great price. Austin took care of the financing and was quick and through, but I was caught off guard because he was not aware of some Acura financing programs that offered a 3.99% versus the credit union 7.5% he had arranged. Some attention to the current programs is needed. Overall, I thought the experience was great and I will surely purchase my next Acura from them. More
