The sales and service people whom I saw took time to visit with me. Carl Yates was promptly responsive to my texts, asking for his guidance, as I began my search to reluctantly replace my car. Although I visited other dealers in my search, my decision to purchase from Wolfchase boiled down to my confidence in the people I was dealing with, their treatment of me and concern for my needs, and ultimately the money I had to spend.
