I hadn't purchased a newer car in many years. I was nervous that I was going to be pressured etc. I got to the dealership about 20 mins early with my list of cars that I already saw online. Out comes John Thornton. He was AWESOME. He showed me the cars that I already had chosen to see, I did not feel pressured or forced to make any other choices. He explained everything very well. He made the entire experience so easy from start to finish! More

After buying a Mitsubishi outlander, I put 8000 miles on it. The shifter is dangerous, if you slide the shifter up for park your in reverse. And if your windows are down with the car idling you smell antifr it. The shifter is dangerous, if you slide the shifter up for park your in reverse. And if your windows are down with the car idling you smell antifreeze nauseous. So I got rid of it. John Thorton did a really nice job for me. Purchased a 2020 dodge Durango SRT no issues with that.Car. I hired John when I was a sales manager 20 some years ago. I recently bought two cars and he was always outgoing and knowledgeable.
