When we arrived they had the car we were interested in ready. Everyone there was super nice. Even made fresh popcorn for my daughter. I love that they have a kids play area with toys, tvs, coloring books… they also have a snack area. The negotiation process with painless and quick. I think from time in the door to leaving with our new car was no more than like 2 hours. We purchased an Equinox EV and to be honest, I was anti-electric but we looooove it! The ride is soooo smooth. Highly recommend! More
