This was my first experience with SH service Dept. I brought the car I bought (used) to receive my first of two complimentary oil changes I received upon purchase. The service desk was waiting for me I brought the car I bought (used) to receive my first of two complimentary oil changes I received upon purchase. The service desk was waiting for me at the appointment time. I went to the waiting room, expecting in the final discussion to be inundated with usual dealer "needs service" or "needs new..." turning a complimentary service into a costly add on. To my delight, the technician came out, said "All done", explained each inspection they did, and said "everything is good, so all we have is your oil change, so there is no charge, you are good to go." !!! More
