The wrench light came on and I was worried I wouldn't be able to add it onto my inspection service appointment. John Stine reassured me that he could add it on to the already existing appointment. John always goes the extra mile to reassure me that I'm ok to drive my car with that wrench light on until I can come in for service. My husband has a Honda Passport from Murray's, oops, sorry again, Spitzer Honda Dubois also. He has had two other Hondas from here. When it comes time for my CRV to not be reliable anymore, I will not hesitate to buy a new one from Spitzer Honda Dubois. It is not so much the sales dept that will bring me back. It will be John Stine and the service department who will bring me back. Because I feel safe driving my car after I get service. That means a lot to me! More

Recently had 2 recalls on our 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid. Called Spitzer and talked with Alyssa Miller who advised that parts were not available at this time. Asked me to check again in a couple of days. Whe Called Spitzer and talked with Alyssa Miller who advised that parts were not available at this time. Asked me to check again in a couple of days. When I called to recheck, she said parts had arrived and she had set aside what we needed. Said she had a cancellation in schedule for the following day if we could make it and that she had a loaner vehicle available if that would help. We dropped our vehicle offf later that same day and took the loaner home. About mid morning the next day we received a call from John Stein advising that both recalls had been completed and we could pick up the vehicle when it was convenient. Picked it up later that day. Everything went smoothly. Very pleased with this level of service. More
