I recently leased a Q50 with Legend Nissan & Infiniti in Syosset. I first inquired online and within the day I had an email from John with everything that I inquired about, answering all my questions. From Syosset. From there I went into the dealership with no appointment and worked with Joel. All my notes from my correspondence with John were already in my profile, there were no hidden fees or negotiating because everything was already worked out. Joel showed me the car, we signed, and within a week I am loving my new car. I dealt with a lot of other dealerships and each one said they cannot match this deal Syosset was giving me because it’s “impossible”, let me tell you something…it was not impossible because within an hour everything was signed, and sealed with the agreed price. There was no hidden fees, extra costs or anything of that nature. It was a very painless, transparent experience. I would absolutely recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a new or used vehicle. I worked with Joel, which was an absolute pleasure, he is a great guy that works for a great dealership. Five stars across the board, I know that I have future business with them. More

Between John in the internet who received my call to zubair you sales rep. I am very impressed. They both made my visit great. I be dealing with Nissan for over 20 yrs. Total clip joint. Advertised a Nissan Rogue online for $21,000. After testing driving it, the salesman then announced that dealer prep fees would be $1,495. He also told me an additional $1,495 would be added for certifying the vehicle. Essentially, they were adding $1,500 for cleaning the car and an additional $1,500 for forcing an extended warranty on me.. I said I was not interested in the warranty, which he kept calling certification. The salesman said he can’t take that away because the certification is already registered with New York State. I don’t know what type of idiot he took me for. Even more insulting was the nonsensical part wherein they give you the monthly payment. When I calculated the interest rate, it was 9%. I left this rip-off dealership. Avoid this place at all cost! More

I have bought 3 cars from this place and will not be going for a 4th. My most recent interaction is the reason why. I submitted a request that I was interested in a getting a used car, John always cal going for a 4th. My most recent interaction is the reason why. I submitted a request that I was interested in a getting a used car, John always calls me, always like I’ve never been there before and like they don’t have computers to look up my history and see I’m not a new customer. I explain to him my situation and that I don’t want to waste my time or theirs. He had me fill out a credit app and said they can make this happen and schedules an appointment. I go down and I’m handed off to a sales person, BM, who has no idea why I’m there, and I have to go through everything again, I kept saying, I explained all this to John and sent over my credit app. I find a car, test drive and we go to make a deal. He comes back with a number and tells me I have to come back Sunday because service has went home and he wants to get the car cleaned. I told him every time I was here everything was done in one shot, he said everyone is really busy. But in between I see him going over and taking to another customer, I feel like he was rushing me out so he could deal with them. Before I left he tried to get me to put the car on my insurance, I said not without a done deal. I said again I feel like I’m being rushed and this can be done now, he explained again and kept asking me “you understand?” Like I’m stupid. So I leave and come back today, Sunday at 11am. I sit down and he hands me the deal to sign and the monthly payment is almost twice as much as we originality agreed upon. So now I waste my time coming back for nothing, and gas driving back and forth for nothing. Do not shop here, they know nothing about customer loyalty and treat people like they don’t matter. To them you are just a number they can make money off of, me buying 3 cars there in the past meant nothing. If I treated my customers that way I would be out of work. More

Met with Joel which made the car buying experience a pleasure. Was Gina on the phone. Answered all my questions and I had my appointment in 2 days.
