Visited Wilsonville Toyota to buy a smaller SUV. Met JSP and he guided us through the complete process. He focused on what we wanted and showed us a number of options based on our feedback. We drove a couple of cars that were ok but not quite the right fit. We used up the time we had allotted for the day and came back the next day. JSP had two options for us to discuss, we chose and bought a RAV4 that was in Tacoma. JSP handled the whole transaction even driving to Tacoma to pickup the RAV4 for us to take home the next day. We were happy with the process as it was based on our feedback not pressure from a salesman that only wanted to sell what was on his lot. More
