Terrible service. We’ve had our truck in the shop at liberty Ford since Apr, 2023. Every time I call the superduty shop no one picks up the phone. If and when someone does call me back, they it will be next week when ready, it never happens. This place has went downhill. I suspect that they don’t want to do warranty work because it’s not as lucrative as paying out of pocket which is shady in my opinion. I’m just being as open and transparent as possible. If you need your truck worked, I repeat do not take it liberty ford!! More
