John Roche is no good. This guy went from finance manager to used-car sales guru. He might be the king of taking your money. John uses scare tactics and brutal psychology to get you out of your car for under market value and into one of his cheap used cars over market value. If you are looking for a dealership you can trust, this is not the one. Do better John Roche and definitely do better owners of Davis. You have increased your service costs much higher than the other dealers in the tristate area. You’ve lost this customer at least for now.
