My visit this evening at Troncalli was absolutely fantastic! I went in for an oil change and ended up getting a 5 Tire Rotation and filters changed as well. The work was done quickly, but correctly! fantastic! I went in for an oil change and ended up getting a 5 Tire Rotation and filters changed as well. The work was done quickly, but correctly! The entire Service Department and of course the Service Manager was extremely professional, caring and helpful. They gave me reassurance that my vehicle was in great hands and indeed it was. My Jeep was released back to me in great condition. No scratches, oily door handles or steering wheel. They made me feel like family and now I am a customer for life! -Andrea L. More

After waiting nearly four weeks for a replacement radio, I was told that the replacement itself would take about an hour. I asked when I could bring it in and that I would just wait for it and was told 8:30 I was told that the replacement itself would take about an hour. I asked when I could bring it in and that I would just wait for it and was told 8:30 the next morning. This is good. I've had trouble with my radio since I bought the truck. I don't drive it often so it was always slipping my mind. So I was glad to finally put this issue to bed. I show up at the service counter at 8:30 or a couple of minutes after. Joe took my key and said he'd take care of it. So I waited. And waited. And waited. After waiting for two hours I went back to the service desk to see what was going on. Joe went away for a minute or two then came back and said it would be fifteen more minutes. No apology. No excuses. Just "another fifteen minutes". So what can I do? They have my key. I have to wait. So I wait. And wait. And wait some more. Finally, nearly forty five minutes later I hear them call me to the service department. So I'm ready to get my key and get on with my day. Nope. I'm greeted with "Mr. Bougher, do you have satellite radio?". "Yes", I replied. "OK, We're having trouble getting it activated". At this point I lost it. I couldn't believe I waited all this time just for them to now have issues that were going to delay me even more. Again, no apology. Oh he might have said sorry but it was in relation to "s**t happens". No one took personal responsibility for me having to wait nearly three hours when I was told it would be one. No one apologized for the original radio issue itself, ever. Which was a major inconvenience over the duration of the time I've owned the truck. I asked to speak to someone in customer service and someone named JR appeared out of nowhere. He was just as indifferent if not more so than the service advisor. One other thing, as to my extended wait, while I was waiting I checked the GPS location of my truck a couple of times. Each time it appeared to be in the parking lot. I wish I had walked to where it was supposed to be so I could verify that but I just figured it was off a bit. But then, after checking the status after two hours I checked the location again and this time it was different. It's clear to me that while I was waiting so was my truck. That is unacceptable and unforgivable. They knew I was waiting and I had made an appointment so there is no reason to delay working on my vehicle. Finally, I can say that after my experience today as well as a previous service experience, I will never buy another vehicle from Troncalli. Period. And in fact, my faith in Ram and related brands has been shaken by this experience. My suggestion to management at Troncalli is this. Take the word Service to heart. It shouldn't just mean working on people's vehicles. It should also mean providing proper customer service to your customers. I suspect most of your customers are people who bought their vehicle at your dealership. This means if you lose them at the service counter you've lost them at the sales counter as well. More
