Toyota of Hackensack responded

Thank you for your feedback. Perhaps your review should reflect all that the dealer did to actually try to resolve your issue. First, your initial concern was that the rearview mirror was shaking upon operation of the vehicle. The dealership replaced the rearview mirror at no charge. The rearview mirror still had some residual shaking and you claimed that there was something wrong with the vehicle. We offered to either trade you into a 2025 Toyota Camry or return your money. Ultimately, the 2025 Toyota Camry ended up being more money than the 2024. Thus, we refunded your money. This is not even remotely close to what you refer to as a "bait & switch."

The dealer took back the 2024 Camry which had material defects which was confirmed by Toyota , however the 2025 Camry that I had given a deposit on and had a buyer vehicle order had the amount of $19,481 due upon pick up and when I went to pick up the vehicle they told me it was over $23,000 due upon pick up and they ran my credit with 2 different finance companies where I was to finance with Toyota financial , 2 days later they posted the vehicle for sale for $34,613.00 which was over $7,000 more than my vehicle order stated
