I just bought my 4th Hyundai at Danbury Hyundai. It was a painless experience but took a while this time. Ernesto, (salesperson) John, (sales manager) and Dave (finance guy) were all great. Upon entering Danbury Hyundai, My husband and I felt very welcomed. Eric was the first to offer assistance and took the time to help us find the right vehicle that would fit our needs. Bought my car in February, being only 20 y/o, I had a beyond awful experience. After all paperwork was set, I found that I was charged a higher price, than what the car was listed online for. I was unable to get the money back, instead I was given oil changes, mats, and tanks of gas. John is very impersonal. Make sure you check everything as it goes, because me being a first time car buyer, had an awful experience. You will not be given money back even if it’s their mistake. More
