During that time, I received knowledgeable and professional service from John Randazzo. I did not feel pressured at any point, just competently supported. Once I decided on the Lacrosse and what options I wanted, John helped make the rest of the buying experience very painless and enjoyable. Overall, this was a great experience, including the actual dealings with the title/finance folks.
