I have leased a Honda Accord for 3 years now, it was time to renew my lease. I went to Atamian Honda at 11 am, I was in my new lease, signed, sealed, delivered by 2pm. John was very friendly and helpful in helping us choose the right vehicle. What impressed me the most was the fact that we had considered two vehicles (Pilot and CRV) and he didn't automatically pressure u the right vehicle. I had a bad experience with Atamian in 2005 before I bought my Audi from another dealer and vowed not to go back. In this internet age, I had a wonderful introduction and encouragement to return from bought my Audi from another dealer and vowed not to go back. In this internet age, I had a wonderful introduction and encouragement to return from Bill the internet sales manager who was simply terrific. I called him and told him the car I was trading had mechanical issues and I also had financial issues. He reassured me Atamian could work with these issues. He called me as soon as he received my email. I went in this morning still somewhat skeptical given my past experience but open minded. I was met by John who was charming, honest, knowledgable and terrific. Jerry the showroom manager of course had to play bad cop but someone has to and he exhibited the honesty I finally wanted to hear about what I could realistically expect to purchase and I knew he was on my side. Ray the finance manager was wonderful - a terrific advocate on my behalf with financial challenges that really should have presented obstacles but he made it happen. These guys all took the time to know me as a person - didn't treat me like a "girl" as you get with dealerships and appreciated that I was up front about my situation - they were understanding and helpful. I just can't use the word honest enough in describing this team - I hate being jerked around and they didn't jerk me around not at all!!!! I received more on my trade-in than I had expected based on my research. I know these guys have to make a sale - but they were tremendous advocates on my behalf from the minute I walked in. They saw my Audi was on life support and made sure I didn't drive home in that deathtrap tonight - instead I drove home in a 2011 Honda Civic which I LOVE and didn't expect could work out. I was majorly and pleasantly surprised. I am extremely thrilled and pleased. This entire team - and they are clearly a team - couldn't have been more accomodating or made it more easy for me to go through this challenging process which I hate when investing in this major expenditure. They were very friendly and well informed about the product lines - John was clearly a big fan of all the product lines but honest (Honda vs. Volkswagen vs. any other car on the road) They continue to provide service by arranging an installation at my home this weekend and make sure I receive all the perks that come with this major purchase. They were on top of the entire process and charming and helpful but mostly honest and that's what I wanted!!! The service lounge is comfortable, warm, equipped with TV and WIFI. I had to hang around a bit but I can say I was most comfortable. I won't mind bringing the vehicle in for servicing. I will return to Atamian for all my servicing of course but in my book - I will always buy my future vehicles from Atamian and I have already shared my wonderful experience and showed off my car to my family tonite. They are now future customers. I can't say enough about how easy the Atamian team and folks made the entire process for me - they gave a lot of leverage, they didn't pressure me as most dealers do and didn't go by the book or nickel and dime me. They also gave me great advice about installing the car starter feature as it relates to my warranty and that was eye opening. This was a wonderful experience. I am sold! The customer service was great and willing to work with me. The process was quick and easy. The sales person I worked with had a great personality and it made it easy to talk to and work with.
