John Potter went out of his way to help us get into a nice vehicle. Knowing that I am handicapped and in a wheel chair he came to me, which was really appreciated. If I could give 0 I would! Horrible Customer Service, extremely unprofessional staff (B., M. and J. ) I would think twice before purchasing from this Ford Dealer. The ordering process was okay, but it has been everything after that process that has been horrible. Like a previous person posted on YELP, we purchased an extended warranty that they majorly over charged for. When I brought it to their attention (1 day after I purchased), the Finance guy, B. was too busy to discuss. I sent an email stating the concern and he "stated" he was willing to work with us. I was hoping this was the case, because we were looking at purchasing another 2nd vehicle. Unfortunately, it was not true. B. did not want anything to do with resolving and making the issue correct. If fact, I was told I was not getting my "xxxxx" way and they didn't want my additional business. I cancelled the warranty and they held on to the processing of that paperwork for 7 1/2 weeks. When it was finally refunded, I did not get the full amount refunded. They redeemed 3 months of service with my Ford points (I did get that resolved with customer service). I did file a formal complaint with Ford Corporate. With the help of corporate I was provided D.'s information. I did reach out to D. who is the VP of Bill Kay Ford and Chevy and I was hopeful the issue would be resolved. He looked into the issue for me and learned they didn't process the full amount for whatever reason. He said for the inconvenience and the problems he offered to prepare a check in the amount of 250$ that would be mailed to me and that was May 3rd. We are now at the end of July and I have yet to receive this check he promised. I have sent emails, left messages and he refuses to response back. There are a lot of Ford Dealers in the Chicagoland area - this one might be close to you, but another dealer will be worth your drive. I highly recommend you read reviews on Yelp and also look up the Better Business Bureau and read experiences for yourself. I wish I would have done this myself before purchasing from this dealer. More

Dealer was very helpful. They took their time communicating with us due to beinf hard of hearing. JP was very helped us to get a good deal on our trade in and our purchase price of the new truck along with the handling of all the paperwork and explained the process prior of buying our new truck. Both salesmen have answered all our questions without being pushy. Nice place to do business. More

My experience buying a used car here was amazing! It actually brought me joy! I was worried because I was shopping remotely for a car for my daughter who is at a university over a thousand miles aw It actually brought me joy! I found a car I liked on Cars and Cargurus and contacted this dealership. John Potter assuaged all my worries, made sure the car was in great condition, helped me and my daughter through the buying process, and personally delivered the car to my daughter, who lives over 100 miles away from the dealership. And this was all accomplished in a couple of days. If I ever need to buy another car in the Midwest, I will use this dealership. More
