First, I paid for a tire rotation, and after they finished the job, I noticed the tire pressure was at the same level and in the same position as before I arrived. Ryan tried to convince me the job was done, but he couldn't, and instead offered to credit my account... How embarrassing! To top it all off, I received a proposal from this dealership to upgrade my car. Another rip-off. The sales manager, Assain, was rude and disrespectful, and he shouldn't be the one serving customers. If you're in the customer service business, you need to be very careful with people and not ignore their opinions. Unfortunately, this dealership has become the worst in every aspect of the business. I'm definitely going to have to trade in my Kia for another competitive brand. Kia used to be reliable and had the best prices, but now it's become a real rip-off, and it's all because of the Kia in Coral Springs.
