The management pretends to care for the customers, while there true focus is to bully the public for profits. This company has a lot of 1 star reviews so please read them carefully!! Employees in sales, service, and management lied to me about a Cadillac SRX stating that it had been serviced, but they could not provide any service records... PLEASE RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! More

Clint Emberton in sales lost my family’s business due to his aggressive response to our complaint about a vehicle being sold out from under us. In the sales business the customer is usually right. I eagerly recommend that you shop around, do your homework, read all negative reviews thoroughly, and consider all other options. Bottom line: do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! More
