John Parhami is the best salesperson I've ever worked with in a dealership. Starting with his greeting as we entered the showroom, then allowing us to look at the models without shadowing behind. We were with in a dealership. Starting with his greeting as we entered the showroom, then allowing us to look at the models without shadowing behind. We were able to take our time looking at the vehicles they had. Narrowing down to two, John took us on a test drive and gave us information on both for us to help with deciding. He followed up without being overly aggressive and answered all questions without hesitation. In less than a week, I was driving my new car. I appreciated John for checking in a week later to be sure I was happy with my new car. Thanks John, for the positive experience, I'll be back to see you again for my next one. More

Bunch of crooks. They lie about what ur car will have then rush to make the sale. When u look u see what’s missing. they are very sneaky and will even try to use 2 or more salesmen to try and make u fee then rush to make the sale. The smile and shake ur hand while ur there, call me anytime. Then u leave and suddenly the jersey shore that just sat at a desk all day when u we’re there magically have meetings all day every day for months. Until u walk in the door and surprise them while they’re fixing their hair at the front desk watching Dora the explorer pretending to be on a very important call. U guys suck. Hope u all poop ur pants. More

this place is a joke first of all I made an appointment for service on 2 recalls,on arrival there were 10-15 cars lined up in the street and I was told to get behind the l first of all I made an appointment for service on 2 recalls,on arrival there were 10-15 cars lined up in the street and I was told to get behind the last car.Since I didn't think it was safe to do I just left that day.Since then I've made numerous attempts to call for the service area and the phone just rings and noine picks up.Today I got an operator who finally connected to the service area who transferred me to someone else and I left a message to call me back. So far no return call.I'm going to try to get service from another dealer b is great but service sucksThe carut am totally unsatisfied with Hyundai lic and Hyundai in general. More
