Very disappointed! Last June I had some work needing to be done on a truck. After receiving the quote we approved everything except the one item, which was fixing a seat Last June I had some work needing to be done on a truck. After receiving the quote we approved everything except the one item, which was fixing a seat massager for $200, because we decided it wasn’t necessary at the time. When I picked the truck up the first thing I noticed on the way home is that the seat massager had been fixed. I looked at the invoice and saw I had been charged for it so I called in and told them what happened. I was told they would check into it and get back to me, nothing happened. A week or 2 later I called back and was told they don’t think I was charged for it but they would check into it again. I have made at least 8-10 phone calls about this matter and was told repeatedly that I would hear back from them and then nothing. I finally talked to one of the owners just over 2 weeks ago, he was very nice and I was promised compensation but again have seen nothing. I called and talked to the receptionist this morning and she said she would check into what happened and get right back to me and again I heard nothing back! I’m beyond frustrated!!!! More

We decided to visit the dealership on Friday Feb 23rd as a start to our quest to find a new Ford Escape. We were approached immediately by Shane Orr outside the main building. Having experienced looking for a vehicle many times before, I was expecting the old push salesperson. ....instead we found Mr Orr to be the best experience with a salesperson we ever had.... I could go into detail with a long story addressing Mr Orr's knowledge of the product, knowledge of finance, knowledge of rebates, where every vehicle was, ...in fact I could go on, and on,and on!!!!! Not only did he show us all our options, he also was able to have us sold on a vehicle that was FANTASTIC in less than one and a half hours..That included doing his part of the paperwork...and all of this with no stress!!! I will definitely recommend this dealership, and of course Mr Shane Orr to ALL of my friends and family! Incidentally!!!! Mr John Oliver approached us to give his thanks for our being in his business..Something I have never experienced...less we also forget to mention the Finance man who was extremely helpful on getting us even a more sweater deal!!!!!
