John has been with Falmouth Toyota since 2008. He has had prior experience in the automative industry in sales as well as time in retail working for Radio Shack and Best Buy. He is extremely knowledgable about technology and is someone many people in the dealership turn to with questions. This will come in handy when you want to learn how to program your phone for Bluetooth or want to learn how to use your new navigation system! John has laid back selling style that makes his customers very at ease when buying their new or used Toyota. On his days off, John enjoys spending time with his wife, son and dog as well as fishing and following his favorite sports team, the Boston Bruins!

Falmouth Toyota is by far, the best dealership I have ever been to. Maeve, the salesperson, and the rest of the team, were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I have bought vehicles from them since the 1980's when they were at the other location. The service is top-notch, from the buying experience to the maintenance experience, it's all good. When anyone I know needs a car, I say "I got a guy". John O'Keeffe has always taken good care of me and my family. And Just Recently, Justin too. He came in on his day off (!) so that I could pick up my car when I could get there from the island. We wouldn't think of buying from anyone else. Always treated more than fairly. We trust their guys and their dealership. THANK YOU! More

We bought one of the cheapest cars on the lot but felt we were treated like we were buying a top of the line vehicle. The finance manager, John, was wonderful. Clearly laid out all the financing option and warrantee info with no pressure. I even got a personal thank you from one of the owners when we picked the car up! More
