John was very patient with an ongoing issue I was experiencing with my vehicle. Although the issue was difficult for the team to identify - he continued to work with me as I provided videos of the sp experiencing with my vehicle. Although the issue was difficult for the team to identify - he continued to work with me as I provided videos of the specific noise etc and with my videos the team appears to have been able to determine what needed replacement - water pump - as I have not experienced the noise since I picked up my car. thank you John for listening to me as a customer and following thru with the issues in my car. Service team is personable but be ready to spend a couple grand every time you come in for service. Once the car is out of warranty they find expensive things to fix. Don’t let them replace your wiper blades grand every time you come in for service. Once the car is out of warranty they find expensive things to fix. Management knows they have an affluent client base that don’t ask questions. CPO and new cars are priced higher than most competitors. More
