Everyone is very friendly and helpful, it’s just the service time that keeps me from recommending. I had to visit twice very recently and was there over two hours each time. I wasn’t offered a shuttle s service time that keeps me from recommending. I had to visit twice very recently and was there over two hours each time. I wasn’t offered a shuttle service and the waiting area needs an update. The snacks and drinks are appreciated but the old plasma screen TV is very difficult to see and is only ever playing the weather channel. I know this might seem like a silly complaint, but it might have made my wait not seem as long. More

They treat you with great curtesy. You have all the information on what they did and what they checked when you leave. I used to look forward to visiting the dealer / service but, it seems like everything else, the glow is gone. Efficient, responsive, reliable, reasonable, friendly, comfortable, clean, transparent, service oriented, flexible. The only thing I don’t like is the remote service appointment center in Raleigh.
