John Minch sold us our Subaru Crosstrek and we couldn't be more pleased. He was very friendly and very honest. I asked him what this car is going to cost us out the door and he told me ...no down payment be more pleased. He was very friendly and very honest. I asked him what this car is going to cost us out the door and he told me ...no down payment. We had to order our car. He was right. My car came in and his price was right. I did end up getting a warranty but that was my choice. He showed me how to use all the things my car came with on the inside and was very patient going over everything. I am now driving my new Subaru and couldn't be more pleased with the car and how everything went when purchasing my car. More

Walked away with a great deal despite being treated poorly Buying a car for the first time can be an exciting and stressful experience; this dealership did not make it an enjoyable one. Let me start with t Buying a car for the first time can be an exciting and stressful experience; this dealership did not make it an enjoyable one. Let me start with the good stuff--John Minch was very helpful in drawing up various invoices and showing me all the different options available on the plot. He was not pushy and even encouraged me to take my time. I really appreciated this about him. I walked away with a gorgeous Subaru Crosstrek. No regrets. My experience turned sour when I started dealing with "Victor"-- the finance specialist. As I mentioned, this was my first car purchasing experience, so I had questions about the contract I was signing. Victor was condescending and rude when I asked him about the specifics about contractual clauses. He was curt and peevish during the entire process and even exclaimed "Oh god" in exasperation when I tried clarifying some terminology use in the contract. I wonder how differently I would have been treated if I were a white male in the same situation. If Subaru finance specialist are people facing, they should have the adequate training & skills. More
