Julie has an awesome personality and was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. I had been to (3) other dealerships and my experience with Julie was so much better than any of them! knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. John was great as well, again, no pressure just offering assistance and answers to any questions I had. Michael was very thorough and again, knowledgeable with all the paperwork... I was able to tie in the vehicle pricing from online Subaru build a vehicle to my local dealer for a starting point. Janesville Subaru then gave me the final price with the options I wanted. They also accepted the price I was will to accept for the trade in of my current vehicle. I really appreciated the ability to get everything in order before meeting with sales team. Vehicle shopping is one of my least favorite things to do, Janesville Subaru made it easy. Thank you ! The only negative was the pitch for the added pressure for maintenance. He started out telling me how much it would cost to replace electronics and mechanical failure . I had not yet completed the transaction and he was attempting to frighten me with maintenance costs. I was told at one point that if I committed to the plan for an extra $20 per month I would get a discounted price for all my service work. Basically one price for service with the plan and higher prices without the plan. This was discerning . If a customer says no thank you, stop asking . It took several times saying no thank you. After I had refused the plan the young man did return and corrected his statement informing me the service is all one rate for all customers regardless if I choose the plan or not. I appreciate he’s trying to do his job and certainly not a job I would want. More
