No hard sell, just good advice and honest negotiation that did not take long, which we very much appreciated, which ultimately resulted in a fair, reasonable, and affordable price. Hamad also did a great job in explaining the new changes to the model and showing us how things worked. F and I Manager John Medrano was also very helpful in explaining other details of the lease and even provided us with a complimentary tire protection. As long-time customers we appreciate the respect and service we receive from the DCH staff. The people at Paramus Honda go out of their way to be helpful.
