He showed me the Honda CRV which worked perfect with my current lifestyle. He explained all the features thoroughly, paired my phone, transferred the insurance and worked really hard at giving me a great deal. What I liked about him which makes him different from other car salesmen I've dealt with in the past is that he is a good listener and isn't too pushy. Fortunately I had an awesome sales representative - Hamad Deeb. From the time I arrived at the dealership to the time I walked out with my new car, I was at ease and extremely comfortable. Hamad explained everything to me and was patient and informative with all my concerns and questions. Fortunately the model that I wanted arrived on a truck while I was there. After signing on the dotted line, Hamad extensively explained and showed me the car’s ins and outs. He showed me a little while test driving, but he took the time to go that extra mile. I didn’t feel like I was just rushed into buying a car. I am a tech savvy person in my personal and work life, but not with the new gadgets in these newer cars (again it’s been 14 years since my last purchase). I definitely would recommend this dealership and I definitely would recommend working with Hamad Deeb. More
