Henry and John worked on the details of the sale and Hamad gave us an overview of the car during our test drive and again when we picked up our new minivan. Hamad was extremely knowledgable about the model and very patiently reviewed all elements of the electronics, no easy feat since my former minivan was 12 years old and had none of these features. His thoroughness made the test drive less stressful and informative as he demonstrated many of the vehicles driving features as we drove along. We would highly recommend the team at Paramus Honda! More

Never again! Very disappointing John Medrano in finance is very arrogant. I was purchasing a CRV, in cash and for some reason he felt it was necessary to run a credit check! He fin John Medrano in finance is very arrogant. I was purchasing a CRV, in cash and for some reason he felt it was necessary to run a credit check! He finally returned my phone calls after management and corporate was called. He then took his sweet time ( over a week) returning paperwork to me in which I had provide a self addressed/stamped envelope!! That is just the beginning of my list about him. As for the dealership it self, the registration came after the temporary plates, that they issued, had expired. I was told on a Friday they were sending all other, dated, material in over night mail which then arrived Monday at 5:30 pm!! I will be telling family and friends that live near there to go elsewhere. Their prices were comparable to many other dealers in the area but not worth all the hassles I went thru. More
