After searching for weeks, and dealing with dealership after dealership that wanted to play games and tack on extra hidden fees to the price of their used cars, I happened upon Muller's Woodfield Acura. I emailed in a request to get the out the door price for their vehicle with a breakdown of fees. A short time later I received a response from John asking for my zip code (for taxes), whether we were transferring plates, and if we were doing any financing. A few minutes after I responded I received the ACTUAL bill of sale from the sales manager Brian. Wow! Not one hidden fee - just tax, title, license, and dealer doc fee. All standard in this business. I contacted John and told him I would be coming in a couple hours to take a look at the car. He informed me the car had been detailed but it had not gone through their inspection process yet. I was more than welcome to come test drive the car and purchase it but I would not be able to take it home until it passed inspection. He assured me that if there were any issues that came up in inspection they would fix them at no cost to me. If there was anything major, they would refund the sale. Good enough for me. We arrived at the dealership and the car was pulled in out of the cold in the service garage for us to inspect it not only while staying warm but also under the lights. After a test drive we decided to go ahead and purchase the car. No surprises - we paid what we had been quoted via email. No high pressure sales here - their word and their service are enough to close the deal. The next day John called me (on his day off) to inform me that it was done with inspection and it had a hairline crack in a minor part. The service department ordered the part and he would let me know when the car was ready for delivery. Again I received a call from John letting me know the part was installed and we were ready to go. Every step of the way I have been extremely impressed with the service from John and from Mueller. I highly recommend both the dealership and John Mavraganis. A+! More

John Mavraganis provided world-class service to me on 8/20/21. I selected a G37 Infiniti - online for my 18-year-old because unexpectedly, the car we saved for him suddenly blew a gasket. My son LOVES 8/20/21. I selected a G37 Infiniti - online for my 18-year-old because unexpectedly, the car we saved for him suddenly blew a gasket. My son LOVES his new car! The purchasing process was seamless! John and I enjoyed some great conversations, and he even walked with me on a terribly hot/humid day, from the new dealership, back to the used one! John's a trooper! I love that the brand new facility is state-of-the art - and that we have a place to take the car for servicing. John was NEVER pushy, slimy, or a knucklehead! Now, because of a white top-of-the-line Mercedes my son saw on the lot - his new aspiration is a brand new Mercedes! Thanks for the world-class service, John - and for a new aspiration for my son!
