HORRIBLE Told me to come in and pick up my car that they were able to get me approved that I’m a tier one credit because I’ve been a loyal customer for many many years. My lease is up I spent over eight hou were able to get me approved that I’m a tier one credit because I’ve been a loyal customer for many many years. My lease is up I spent over eight hours there between Friday and Saturday Friday night I told them to call me and let me know the numbers if they can make it happen or not Saturday morning came I got a phone call saying come back in come pick up your car let’s make the deal, we were able to figure out how to get your payments under 700 then told me when they were checking my credit that my credit didn’t even matter because I was a boy customer don’t worry you’ll get approved if you made all your payments on time which I did for years now Credit said I needed a cosigner and it didn’t matter about the cosigners credit because I just needed more income so they run his credit completely damaged. Our scores told us that it be soft inquiry and by pulling it, we would not get a hard inquiry. Meanwhile, I have two hard inquiries which I did not give them permission to do and another inquiry they did not have permission to do, so three times they hit credit reports and guess what didn’t even leave with Car but the manager I spoke with the night before was the one that called me and they were able to figure out a way to get my payments under 600 and told me to come back to make the deal but whoever the guy was there on Saturday decided after being a customer for over 56 years that he wouldn’t lease me my new lease but another dealership is and that’s funny how that works out I have a 2022 pathfinder I have given them $30 000 since May 2022 I had to leave 10,000 to get my payments lower gave them another 12,000 over the last 22 months just put brand new tires over $1000 brand new brakes $1200 what car should need brand new brakes and tires at 22 months old all they do is lie from you tell you one thing you get to go in made me waste eight hours of my time for nothing with three hard credit and now my credit has dropped even though they told me that it won’t affect my credit, so you better believe that they better withdraw the hard inquiry because it’s illegal to pull anybody’s credit report without permission never said they were doing a hard inquiry. It was a inquiry just to see where I was at and I had a pretty good credit score between my credit score, and being a loyal customer, you would’ve think that they would’ve made a sale considering three other dealers were able to make it work. They just didn’t have the car I wanted or the color , so I will be going to empire Nissan, on route 22 in Hillsdale. They have the best prices they give the best monthly payments they’re able to get you approved no matter what they are super They were able to get me approved get me a good monthly price found the car I was looking for it was during the crazy Covid times were limited, but I had my heart set on the blue one with captains seats and a moonroof, and they were able to find it for me originally I was going to keep my car that I currently have but I found out that a car that was $43,000 that they jacked up with taxes and fees and all that to almost $50,000 I’ve given them $30,000 and 22 months and to buy out my current lease would be $40,000 My car that was originally $43,000 that I’ve paid close to $30,000 The most my car should’ve been was $20,000. The residual value is 35,000. But they want to charge me over 40,000 when the car was 43,000. I really hate to lease again but I can’t afford $1000 a month to finance. I would not recommend going to Nissan 46 all they do is lie to try to get a deal I will say that the guy I worked with who was the car salesman John McGinnis was very nice. He did everything he could to help. He was lied to he was misled, but he was super helpful and felt very bad but the leasing guy who illegally ran my credit and made me have multiple hard inquiries. They didn’t run it once they ran it twice when they weren’t supposed to run it at all More

Pleasant first experience leasing from John I recently had a pleasant experience at the Nissan dealership in Totowa. It was not something I was looking forward to, but needed to do anyway. I I recently had a pleasant experience at the Nissan dealership in Totowa. It was not something I was looking forward to, but needed to do anyway. I was prepared to walk away with a car that day, but I was also prepared to walk out and look elsewhere if I felt the dealership was not working toward my goal but rather their own. I was hoping for my sales rep to walk me through the process and give me a deal that was well suited and fair. I was approached by John as soon as I walked in and immediately enjoyed his energy and personality. He worked well with my interests while still remaining within my budget. I don't do reviews on things often, but wanted to leave some kind words regarding John because he made the experience an enjoyable one for me. I recommend his service if you are planning to stop in. More

Owner and management This place is NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, they don’t keep their word and always hit you with hidden fees. Soaking Wet Car I went into Route 46 Nissan on Good Friday 3/30 to look at the Maxima. It was raining that day. I ended up leasing a brand new 2018 Nissan Maxima wi I went into Route 46 Nissan on Good Friday 3/30 to look at the Maxima. It was raining that day. I ended up leasing a brand new 2018 Nissan Maxima with the intention of buying the car at the end of the lease. The salesman was made very clear of my intensions to buy the car at the end of the lease. Prior to taking the car home a couple of odd things happened, which I didn’t put together right away. The first thing was that when the salesman opened the door he wiped the seat, which I found odd, but didn’t think much of it. The second thing that happened that was odd was when I got into the car to drive it away the heat was turned up all the way blasting in the car. The heated seats were on high too. The temperature that day was around 50 degrees when I got the car. Hummmmmmmm were somethings done on purpose????? You have probably guessed it by now the car was taking on water. It rained 5 days later and when I got in the car I found my first wet seat and roof. They fixed it though right? Couple of days later after I got the car back from the dealership it rains again and I have water on my seat and water hanging from the moon roof control panel. At this point I have no interest in a car that has been sitting on a car lot all winter collecting water that I plan to purchase at the end of the lease. I have complained to the dealership that I want a different car, but they only want to tell me about all the work that has gone into fixing the car, fixing a car that I only had 5 days! but nothing about getting me into another car. The sales team just keeps avoiding the question and passing me from service person to service person. The sales team avoids my calls. They just keep having service people call me back. I asked the sales manager to speak to corporate. He said it would only take a couple of days to hear back from Corporate, but after a week of radio silence I called Nissan Corp directly to follow-up and Nissan Corp didn’t know what I was talking about. I have asked Nissan Corp to help me with the issue and they are telling me the same song and dance as the dealership, but at least they call me back when they say they will. Woo Hoo. This is my 2nd Maxima and currently both my parents drive Nissans, which I helped them through the sales process. Guess what is going to happen next time we need new car??? This has really been just a terrible experience all around. More

Full of lies and won't honor pricing they provide This dealership USED to be good. But my last experience here was just terrible. I have a pricing voucher supplied by RT46 Nissan IN WRITING. But when This dealership USED to be good. But my last experience here was just terrible. I have a pricing voucher supplied by RT46 Nissan IN WRITING. But when you go there they tell you they can't honor that price. Just a total waste of time. I will look to buy my cars elsewhere from now on.
