Over three years ago, I purchased a vehicle from Coastal. I had a good experience but I really don't think I got the best deal. I guess I feel like I did not "work" for it. A little over a year ago, I tur I had a good experience but I really don't think I got the best deal. I guess I feel like I did not "work" for it. A little over a year ago, I turned back to Coastal to see what they could offer. I had a very bad experience with Coastal and ended up purchasing somewhere else. I live 15 minutes from Coastal but had to buy over an hour away. After my bad experience with Coastal in 2012, John Lyons called me to find out where they went wrong and to better understand how they could make it right in the future. I remembered his call and his approach to me, the customer. Last week, I started shopping again. This time I asked for John Lyons. He was responsive, attuned to my needs and worked hard to find the right car for me. He was very understanding as I decided that my needs really were different from where I had started. We moved forward and found the right vehicle. I still shopped around at other dealerships but John beat them all and took care of me through the whole process, from the first email to assisting with the Finance Manager. Do yourself a favor, ask for John Lyons--straightforward and customer centered. More

Seems every auto dealership in our city is offering a free gift upon presenting a card to them. Being retired with time on our hands and a free gift being inviting we decided to act on these offers. We also had a vehicle that was over 5 yrs old and was thinking of maybe buying a new vehicle if we could get a deal that was favorable. We had a size of vehicle and a price in mind. Some salesmen were pushy and when we said this is not what we are wanting they became sort of rude but this was not the case with the Hyundai dealership. Our salesman was very polite and also very knowledgeable of his product. There was a factory representative also that talked to us and explained to us how a lease works and we were very impressed. We had never leased a vehicle and thought that it was really a rip off but after hearing how it works and what we can actually have with a lease we decided to go for it. Everyone one at the Hyundai dealership was friendly and treated as a valued customer. Since the sale we have received a thank you call from our salesman. We feel that we have a new friend in the Hyundai dealership. More

John has been absolutely wonderful from the sale to helping us resolve a service issue. As soon as we told him we had a problem, he arranged for the car to be picked up which is incredible since we ar helping us resolve a service issue. As soon as we told him we had a problem, he arranged for the car to be picked up which is incredible since we are in Jacksonville! The communication from the service dept. was awesome and the car was repaired quickly and returned. When it is time to buy another car, we definitely will be driving 2 1/2 hours to see John! More
