The fuel pump in my new 2024 Nautilus Lincoln failed within 1 week of purchase. I was truly devastated, disappointed and in complete disbelief. After months of deciding which vehicle would be best for m within 1 week of purchase. I was truly devastated, disappointed and in complete disbelief. After months of deciding which vehicle would be best for me and my family. The lack of urgency, support and follow up I received regarding this issue was overwhelming! This was at its best the poorest customer service I ever received. I did not hear from the General Manager at all. Afte repairing my vehicle, I was told by Jim, the employee who assisted in the purchase of my vehicle, that I would receive a free oil change for my inconvenience. I don't believe the replacing of the fuel pump in a new vehicle in a minor inconvenience. I am now concerned about future parts in this vehicle which could be improperly installed. My family and friends expressed complete shock. For my peace of mind and true acknowledgment of my horrible experience, I believe the fair resolution would be for Joe Rizza Ford to provide me with the extended warranty for this vehicle. Since I live way out of town, I knew my process would be a little different but didn’t realize it would be this bad. I found the car I wanted, made the deal, the finance manager was one of the cattiest peop a little different but didn’t realize it would be this bad. The internet salesman told me everything I wanted to hear and while I was in negotiations, stayed in close contact. Once the deal was made they both dropped off the edge of the earth and it took almost two weeks to receive my car. The salesman told me it shipped one day, yet come to find out, it hadn’t even been picked up by a trucking company and didn’t ship for three days after that.
