Was told at time of purchase they would mail 2nd Fob and title work. That never happened. I called their title office twice leaving detailed messages and return phone number. ZERO return calls. Emailed title work. That never happened. I called their title office twice leaving detailed messages and return phone number. ZERO return calls. Emailed salesman, no reply. My spouse called three times back to back to back and said she would not leave a message because no one would return calls. Finally got ahold of salesman and I had to go pick up fob and title work because I would trust them to do anything. PATHETIC SERVICE!!! More

John was amazing, customer service is this man’s middle name. He was totally understanding of my chaotic schedule and was able to work with me. He brought the car to me and took my trade in back with him to be appraised. Once all was said and done and we finished with Brian, the finance portion, (who was equally amazing and flexible), John asked “Are you happy? Because that’s what matters to me” and just that simple question meant a lot to me!! More
