Update: I previously wrote a semi-poor review of this dealership due to not receiving a call back after a week of waiting. The issue I had was a part of the contract that I did not fully understand, and dealership due to not receiving a call back after a week of waiting. The issue I had was a part of the contract that I did not fully understand, and I wanted clarification as it had raised the cost of my loan considerably. After that review, I did receive a call back to find out that, unfortunately, my original salesman, Josh had been sick. Nonetheless, I spoke with Sarah and then John who explained everything to me and the matter was cleared up. I was also invited to go back to the dealership and meet and talk with John, who is the General Manager who again explained everything to me and assured me that the matter would be cleared. My original experience with Josh and everyone at the dealership was very positive, and now that my issue has been settled, I am overall very very happy with Patriot Buick GMC of Boyertown. I highly recommend if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, that you go to Patriot Buick GMC first. You won't regret it. More
