John Ladouceur, Service Manager Extrodinare joined our Acura team in 1988 (when we were known as Acura of Pasadena) and helped relocate the dealership to Glendale in 2005. He attended California State University Northridge, where he obtained his Bachelors degree in Business. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking with his two sons in the High Sierras.

Servicing is amazing !!!!! Tony is my go to guy. They are all nice, but Tony, John and Manny are exceptional. They know their business and make every effort to keep you happy an Tony is my go to guy. We have been involved with this dealership for over 16 years, from purchasing new and used cars to having them serviced there. Being greeted by name with a smile each time makes it a warm welcome. Dwight Rogers made the purchase of our new TLX smooth. He took time to help me coordinate the trial-fit of 3 car-seats in various cars to make sure they could accomodate our family. They gave us a fair price for our trade-in (purchased there when they were in Pasadena). Dwight was available at all times for any questions that came up through the decision-making process. He sent us everything in advance so that the morning of our purchase, the paperwork was ready when we arrived and the car was already washed and ready to drive home. Alton in finance handled the paperwork efficiently. And when it came down to taking the car home, Dwight patiently explained all of the technology that comes packed in this amazing mobile. From the porters who prep the car with an eye for detail, through the kind receptionists who greet and direct, including eveyone involved in the purchase and service processes, all the way to the owners Jeanne and Bill...everyone is hands-on and involved with making sure that their customers are cared for and treated like family. The Best Dealership in the Nation I have bought or leased more than a dozen Acuras (beginning in 1986) from Acura of Glendale and would never consider any other car because I would nev I have bought or leased more than a dozen Acuras (beginning in 1986) from Acura of Glendale and would never consider any other car because I would never want to give up the ability to purchase and have a car serviced by the most outstanding car dealership that could exist. From the leadership provided by owners, Jeanne & Bill Brewer, to the superb sales and leasing staff, notably Dwight Rogers and Dale McCarthy to the phenomenal service staff, notably Manny, Tony and John, each customer is treated like a gem with "Four Seasons" treatment. The cars are amazing as well -- my new RLX turns heads and gets comments all the time. More

I've dealt with a lot of dealerships both purchasing and servicing cars for me and my family. This dealership is by far the best I've ever dealt with. It's a mom and pop type dealership. It's owned by a servicing cars for me and my family. This dealership is by far the best I've ever dealt with. It's a mom and pop type dealership. It's owned by a couple, not a large corporation or a conglomerate of dealer franchises and you definitely get that family owned feeling every time you come in. Their service, parts, and sales departments all work efficiently with an honest and personal touch. Service: I have an Acura TL and I now get my car serviced there exclusively. The service manager, John, does a fantastic job running the service department. You can tell he trained the service advisers to be knowledgeable, efficient and genuinely care about providing you with the proper service. They're all great, but for my money, I prefer Tony as my service adviser. He's always treated my really well, contacting me regularly to keep me posted on what's happening with my car, honestly telling me what's necessary for me to do with my car rather than up-selling me like a lot of other dealers do, and making certain every thing was done correctly the first time. He hasn't made a mistake and I haven't had to go back in for anything. That also has something to do with the fact that the technician who always works on my car, Raffi. All the service staff has been fantastic, but having Tony as my service adviser and Raffi as my tech has been perfect for me. Parts: Much like the service dept, the parts dept has the same family, yet professional feel to it. Hector has always taken good care of me. He's always done a great job explaining products to me, both stock and custom, and illustrating what they'll do for me. Sales: I bought my TL pre-owned. It was about 2 years old. Their CPO program is great. Not only does this dealership go through all the inspections they're supposed to, but they go above and beyond what the factory requires. They even offer to show you service records. You never feel like they want to hide anything from you. The sales staff is very professional and knowledgeable. You get the feeling they genuinely want to help you the way you want to be helped. From showing me the car, to negotiating, to signing paperwork, I couldn't have realistically asked for more. They even gave me a great deal on extended warranty (It's less money for Certified Pre-Owned cars). Dale is a great sales rep; he's been with this dealership a long time and is close with the owners. He's very professional and great to get along with. By far the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. This dealership is a perfect example of how a car dealership should be run. It's rare to find a place like this with all the horrific experiences everyone's had before. This place rocks. More
