Love my new Chevy Trax! Since I already knew which vehicle I wanted, I was just stopping at the dealership to find out about the current promotions being offered by GM and to Since I already knew which vehicle I wanted, I was just stopping at the dealership to find out about the current promotions being offered by GM and to test drive again - not expecting to purchase the same day. To my surprise, they were have 20% off list prices. So, John King helped me figure out which model and color I wanted to buy, and the sales and finance managers worked with me to get the monthly loan payment I was comfortable with. They even introduced me to the service department techs. It was a great experience all around! More

New Vehicle Purchase I am a loyal GM car owner - I was searching for my 7th GM car -brand new under the Family Legacy Program of which my late mom was a 37 year GM employ I am a loyal GM car owner - I was searching for my 7th GM car -brand new under the Family Legacy Program of which my late mom was a 37 year GM employee. I was met at the door on a rainy rainy Sunday afternoon at 3:00pm by John King, the Sales Representative. The showroom was closing at 5;00pm and I thought that maybe I could look and decide and come back the next day to close out the deal with the paperwork if I found the car and a deal within my price range. I had done my homework and was in search of a 2016 Chevy Spark and hoping to get a good deal from my trade-in of my 2003 Chevy Cavalier. I also had been Pre-Approved from my credit union for a loan which stipulated I would need 10% down in cash to them before I could be approved. In the heavy rain, John went out twice on the lot to bring two vehicles up to the front to me to look at for purchase. I immediately fell in love with the Kalamata Metallic (to me it looks Purple - which was my mom's favorite color). The next person I met was Shane Cash for Financing. I was disappointed that my first trade-in offer was only $100 even though I knew I had a 13 year old car. Even though it was not in excellent shape - it only had 108,00 miles. He did increase the trade-in to $500.00. But the best thing was he went above and beyond and found me an offer for financing with NO MONEY DOWN. My hats off to both of these gentlemen for within two (2) hours - I walked in and sat down and made an excellent deal and drove off that day in a brand new 2016 Chevy Spark! I love my car and I look forward to doing business with Jim Browne Chevy! More
