My entire experience was awesome. As an out of state buyer I was treated as a long time neighbor. John Kiesel (my sales rep) was extremely professional and helpful. John gave me exactly what I needed to find out, all was over the phone. Thank you Jessica for helping my friend look the car over and handled any concerns I had. John picked me up at the airport and then we did the final ride to see that everything that John had mentioned was exactly as is. John handled 95% of the paperwork prior so we had very little to complete. Jeff, in the finance department made the closing of the sale very smooth. The entire staff was as friendly and helpful as I was in the building. I highly recommend John Kiesel and the Dellen dealership. Thank you. More
