After 3 appointments and visits to the service center the car was accepted. John kept us up to date. However when collecting the car there was no urge from anybody there to help. Whoever I asked got redirect car was accepted. John kept us up to date. However when collecting the car there was no urge from anybody there to help. Whoever I asked got redirected to another person. When finally attended to the person was rude and showed no interest. Was aware of the cost but nobody could explain me of the additional environment charge. This is the second time visiting this location and will be the last. More
