Contacted the dealership to purchase a jeep they had for sale on their website. Ask them if we can put a deposit down on it while we did the paperwork and they said they did not hold deposits or allow them. sale on their website. Then in the same breath told us that the jeep was being held for somebody at 3 o’clock. They called us a few hours after three and told us that the jeep was ours and got the manager to OK holding onto it so we could do the paperwork. We did the paperwork right away and some copies of our ID. Call them back a few minutes later to find out what we need to do next and we were told that the vehicle has been sold out from underneath us. More

BUYER BEWARE. Purchased what we thought was 2019 F150 BUYER BEWARE. Purchased what we thought was 2019 F150 FX4. After taking home, realized that there were no skid plates (basic to an FX4). Took it back to Tallahassee Ford to inquire and was told as a used vehicle, that an FX4 decal does not mean it is an FX4. What? So, they have a truck on the lot that displays (and sells) as an FX4 but is not really an FX4? Even our sales person was shocked. Talked to manager Bob Hewitt and he says, "That's the way it is" and "It's not up to the dealership to verify what we are selling is indeed what we are selling. That's the buyer's responsibility." Simply put, do not trust Tallahassee Ford. They are not honorable. They are deceptive. So much for supporting local business. More

Great follow up! Pulled the rabbit out of the hat!! Went there looking for a new truck for me and my wife. Found a 2018 f-150 with a diesel motor. Not being a diesel guy or towing much I left. I Got on the internet and decided to let Ford find what I wanted, it just so happened TALLAHASSEE FORD had exactly what we wanted. With Eddie Cruze’s follow up with emails, texts and voice mail we were able to work out a deal that same day, a 2019 Ford F-150 loaded with the motor (5.0 ltr. V-8) I wanted. We got to the dealership and met Bill Kalgan who was very easy to deal with and talk to, a fine professional. He turned me over to John Jimenez to finalize all paperwork along with the finance personnel Terrence Fisher which was done with ease and a sense of urgency. We couldn’t ask for a better experience! We have a 2013 f-150 with 253,000 miles on it and look forward to putting that amount or more on this new one. Very professional, polite and willing to work with us all the way!!
